COB玻璃透鏡的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)
亞克力透鏡由有機(jī)玻璃塑膠PMMA或聚碳酸酯PC,特性如下:
1、耐熱只有60~90℃。
2、亞克力與膠水粘接性不良,且不可烘烤,只能采用紫外線UV亞克力膠水與玻璃或鋁件粘接。
當(dāng)LED燈泡燃點(diǎn)時(shí),散熱體達(dá)到60~90℃或更高溫度,亞克力會(huì)發(fā)生如上圖右圖嚴(yán)重收縮變形,UV膠水會(huì)拉開(kāi),容易發(fā)生掉蓋現(xiàn)象。亞克力長(zhǎng)期高溫工作,其表面會(huì)發(fā)霧發(fā)黃,影響光學(xué)性能,光照度下降。
開(kāi)發(fā)的這種COB玻璃透鏡克服了亞克力透鏡的缺點(diǎn),其具有:
1、 耐熱,永不變形;
2、 導(dǎo)熱好,幫助LED散熱;
3、 使用普通矽膠自然固化,成本低,且避免員工接觸刺激性UV膠粘劑。

o At high temperatures (e.g., 60–90°C or above when the LED heatsink operates), acrylic lenses are prone to:
